Delete Account and Data

You can delete your account directly from the app: (1) open Sasu and sign in, (2) go to the Parents tab, (3) scroll to the Delete Account option, and (4) confirm deletion in the two confirmation dialogs. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@sasuedu.com from the same email address associated with your Sasu account with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' and your full name.

After identity verification, we delete your account profile and child profiles, in-app progress and preferences linked to your account, and identifiers used for personalized app experiences.

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or regulatory obligations. Any retained data is restricted and handled according to applicable law.

We begin processing requests as soon as possible and generally complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate security and compliance reasons.
